I have been a member of Dan McIntosh's Warrior Club for 5 years now and at almost 53 years of age I am the fittest and strongest that I have ever been in my life.

Training sessions at Warrior Club are brilliant. There are a wide variety of classes throughout the day and evening and no two sessions will ever be the same. You can also use the gym at any time.
From the first time I walked through the door I felt welcome. Warrior Club is friendly, fun and down to earth and I have made so many great friends there.
Outside of the gym, there are many opportunities to take part in team obstacle course races, such as Total Warrior and Tough Mudder (there's always an after party too) if these are for you. We also have many fun and friendly social gatherings throughout the year.
Dan and his team are all extremely enthusiastic, highly motivated, supportive and encouraging. Each one of them has their own personal fitness interests and therefore bring an individuality to each of their training sessions.
